Use of this website implies full acceptance of the terms and conditions described below. These terms may be modified or supplemented at any time; users are therefore invited to consult them regularly.
The site is normally accessible to users at all times. However, CNM may decide to interrupt access for technical maintenance and will strive to communicate the dates and times of such interventions in advance.
The site is regularly updated by Anne-Sophie Bach. Likewise, the legal notice may be modified at any time and remains binding on the user, who is invited to refer to it as often as possible.

The website aims to provide information concerning all activities and happenings of the “France Music Week”, an event organized by the Ministère de la Culture and managed by CNM.
CNM strives to provide information as accurately as possible. However, it cannot be held liable for any omissions, inaccuracies, or outdated information, whether due to its own fault or that of third parties providing the information.
All content on the site is provided for informational purposes and may evolve. Furthermore, the information is not exhaustive and is provided subject to modifications made since it was posted online.

The site uses JavaScript technology.
The website cannot be held responsible for material damage resulting from its use. Users also agree to access the site using recent equipment that does not contain viruses and with an up-to-date, modern browser.
5. Intellectual Property and Infringement
CNM owns the intellectual property rights or holds usage rights on all elements accessible on the site, including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and software.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of the site content, regardless of the method used, is prohibited without prior written authorization from CNM.
Any unauthorized use of the site or any of its elements will be considered as constituting an infringement and prosecuted in accordance with Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
6. Limitation of Liability
CNM cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damage caused to the user’s equipment when accessing the site, whether due to the use of equipment not meeting specifications indicated in section 4, the occurrence of a bug, or incompatibility.
CNM also cannot be held liable for indirect damages (such as market loss or loss of opportunity) resulting from use of the site.

CNM reserves the right to remove, without prior notice, any content that violates French laws, particularly those concerning data protection. Where applicable, CNM also reserves the right to pursue civil and/or criminal liability, particularly in cases of racist, offensive, defamatory, or pornographic messages, regardless of the medium used (text, photograph, etc.).
7. Personal Data Management
In France, personal data is protected by Law No. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code, and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.
When using the site, the following may be collected: the URL of links through which the user accessed the site, the user’s internet provider, and the user’s IP address.
In any case, CNM only collects personal data required for specific services offered by the site. The user provides this information knowingly, especially when entering it themselves. Users are informed of whether providing such information is mandatory.
In accordance with Articles 38 et seq. of Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978 on data processing, files, and liberties, any user has the right to access, rectify, and oppose personal data concerning them, by sending a written and signed request, with a copy of an identity document bearing the signature of the holder, and specifying the address to which the response should be sent.
No personal information of the site user is published without the user’s knowledge, nor is it exchanged, transferred, assigned, or sold to third parties in any form. Only in the event of a merger or acquisition of CNM and its rights could such information be transferred to a potential buyer, who would in turn be bound by the same data protection obligations.
